After graduating with a degree in Sociology of Communication and New Media, she started her career at KPMG working on corporate e-learning projects. She then moved to the media and creativity department of the WPP Group. In 2010, she joined H-ART (now AKQA Italia) and then took charge of the launch and development of the Digital Accademia project, H-FARM’s first experiment in education. Since 2018, she has been involved in communications, talent acquisition and employee empowerment activities for clients, as well as MAIZE’s recruitment process.
