Our ‘Innovation Customer Journey’ project, created with Daiichi Sankyo, won ‘Best Project’ in the ‘Support for the Medical Profession’ category at the AboutPharma Digital Awards 2025

The project, co-developed with Daiichi Sankyo Italia, was designed to support cardiologists in their daily practice by combining user-centered design with digital innovation to create meaningful impact in the healthcare space.

From the very start, the ‘Innovation Customer Journey’ was conceived as a path of research and exploration. Why? To identify innovative opportunities to better serve HCPs in the cardiovascular field. By working side-by-side with Daiichi Sankyo Italia, we helped bring to life “out of the box” Digital Health solutions to meet the most common real-world needs with fresh, user-centered perspectives.

 

Our goal throughout this initiative has remained clear: to create meaningful, impactful digital experiences that support cardiologists in their daily practice and improve patient outcomes. The recognition we received is a testament to the cross-functional collaboration, dedication, and innovative spirit shared by everyone involved.

 

We are incredibly proud to have contributed to this journey and deeply grateful for the trust placed in us by the Daiichi Sankyo Italia team.

AboutPharma Digital Awards

The AboutPharma Digital Awards are Italy’s most prestigious recognition for digital innovation in healthcare, celebrating the most advanced projects that leverage digital technologies to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

 

Each year, the award attracts participants from pharmaceutical companies, startups, healthcare institutions, and universities, providing a platform to highlight the best practices and most promising ideas in the field of digital health.

 

The 2025 edition received 697 submissions across 18 categories, evaluated by a jury of 48 experts. Projects were assessed on the basis of three key criteria: idea, action, and results — recognizing originality, innovation, and the ability to engage all relevant stakeholders.
