Paolo grew up in a household filled with Macs, experiencing a 90s childhood marked by the frustration of not being able to play .exe video games with his friends. As adolescence and PlayStation arrived, he made up for lost time and developed a passion for video games, game mechanics, and graphic interfaces. After studying Graphic Design, Product Design, and Interaction Design, he began his career in photography and graphic design before joining H-Farm. Today, he an Design Expert Lead at Maize, specializing in consulting for global companies in the fields of learning, development, and HR innovation, while still using the excuse of 'I need it for work' to spend hours on his PlayStation and 'invest' his salary in LEGO.
