Born in Ivrea, the city of Olivetti, an environment that undoubtedly shaped his formative years. He spent three years working at Libreria Cossavella before joining Omnitel in 1998. His 15-year tenure at the mobile phone company saw him changing roles approximately every three years, driven by what was then called "horizontal growth." During one of these career phases, he encountered H-FARM, leading to his joining digital accademia in 2013. Since then, he has been involved in projects related to training, change management, and adoption programs, handling both the design and facilitation aspects.
