Ryslaine is a practitioner of Experience Design. She thrives on solving complex problems using design methodologies and analytical thinking to unlock innovative business opportunities.
With ten years of experience in both innovation consultancy and first-hand experience in the start-up world, she focuses on bridging physical journeys and digital touch points across branded products and services. She is currently working as a Designer and Strategist at Europe’s largest innovation Hub, H-FARM, within the H-FARM Innovation team.

Innovation has always been her driver. She won the CES 2017 Innovation Award «Tech For a Better World» as Lead Experience Designer at IoT start-up Plume Labs. She worked in the Defense Industry at Thales as a Service Designer and her design work has been exhibited in two Parisian institutions: La Villette Science and Industry Museum and La Gaité Lyrique, cultural center for Post-Internet cultures.

Ryslaine has a double educational background spanning across design and strategy. She graduated in MA Physical Interaction Design from the Strate Ecole de Design focussing her research on I.o.T and privacy in the digital age and obtained an MA in Management & Innovation and Digital Transformation, and a BA in Political Sciences at Science Po Paris.
