Alexander lives and works in Munich, Germany and has more than 12 years' professional consulting experience in UX development and delivery which has included work for fortune 500 clients, such as Intel, BMW, Bosch-Siemens Household Appliances, Samsung Mobile and Siemens Enterprise Networks among many others. For international clients he hosts and organises future vision, UX prototyping, design thinking and service design workshops. In the academic domain Alexander is a published researcher with over 50 peer-reviewed publications and skilled presenter at top-ranked conference series. He has a background in art and design and received a doctoral degree with emphasis in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Munich. Alexander lived abroad in Linz (A), Milan (I) and Copenhagen (DK), developing a keen sensitivity to people from diverse cultural backgrounds. He is fluent in English, German and Italian and passionate about prototyping and good food.

UX Design is supporting design with the scientific method, applying it to the design challenges we're facing now or in the future and solving them through user-centered evaluation testing, research and combining a variety of methods to strategically attack those issues – resolving them to guarantee a better user experience.
