Chef and Author
Tommaso Melilli is a Chef and Author born in Italy in 1990. He is a regular food anthropology columnist for Slate.fr in French and in Italian for Il venerdì, weekly supplement of La Repubblica.
In 2018, he published Spaghetti Wars, an essay about identity conflicts around food. His last book, I conti con l’oste, is a non-fiction novel about the Italian contemporary food scene that has been published by Einaudi editore.
