Tomas started his career working for several large multinational consulting firms, followed by a few years with the Benetton Group, focusing on organizational change. He spent the following years in the consulting industry, leading projects with a substantial change management component. In 2006, he shifted his focus to entrepreneurship, working mainly with startups and digital innovation.

He founded his first company in 2007 and used the eco-system to create new opportunities, launching several other initiatives that are collectively known today as H-FARM Innovation, the business unit dedicated to strategy, digital culture and service design. In 2015, Tomas founded a startup called Wethod, offering a project portfolio management solution for project-driven organisations. Tomas is a passionate learner, eager to explore progressive approaches to cultural and organizational change.
