Isaac Getz is a professor at ESCP Business School and a former visiting professor at Cornell and Stanford.

Isaac has studied over 300 companies in 30 countries and wrote on topics of leadership, corporate transformation, freedom- and responsibility- based culture, and the altruistic corporation.

He is a designer of ideas of liberated enterprise and liberating leadership. He is the co-author with Brian Carney of the award-winning international best-seller Freedom, Inc., translated to a dozen of languages and co-author with Bob Davids and Brian Carney of Leadership without Ego. His last book The Altruistic Corporation was co-published with Laurent Marbacher.
