Giulia Baldassari

Service Designer and Head of Customer Experience at Zurich Klinc

Giulia has worked with companies to build human-centered systems aiming to create intentional interactions  to provide environments that support new behaviors and tools that enable a certain mindset. She is Head of Customer Experience at Zurich Klinc, previously was manager at MAIZE where she has worked since 2018. She earned a bachelor of science in product design from Politecnico di Milano and a double master’s degree in service design and innovation from Politecnico di Milano and Tongji University of Shanghai.
