Louise Charles is communications manager at Swiss start-up Climeworks, a company which is on a mission to reverse climate change through a carbon dioxide removal technology. The company, founded in 2009 by engineers Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher, captures carbon dioxide from the air before repurposing it, with the aim of capturing 1% of global CO2 emissions each year by 2025.
